I hooked up my new BRS unit and let it run for a hour and a half. The tds coming out of it is still at 40. The incoming water is 90. Is this normal? Do I need to let it run more. Any information is welcome.

    Thanks.

Not normal should be zero after the di.

Even without running through the DI, if your input water is 90 you should be only be at 1 or 2 TDS after the RO fiter.
I would say something is definitely wrong there.

I am not sure what the deal is with it. Should be good but it won't come down. It started off at 0 then went up to 59 and now back down to 40 or so.

Yes I did. It has 2 membranes. I think it may be the tds meter. I pulled batteries and let it sit over night and now seems that it is ok from the short time I looked at it this morning. I will check it more thorough after work and see if it is still reading 0. Before bed it was reading 45 for incoming and the outgoing water which I knew wasn't right so that is why I pulled batteries and put back in new ones this morning quick before work.

Well all seems well tonight. TDS is at 0 after running for 20 min. BRS said I might just have to run more than 2 hours to get it flushed out. They said I may have to run up to 24 hours before seeing 0 tds.
