Advice? Royal Gramma Tail Issue

Don't know if anyone can answer this or not but here it goes. Had a falco hawk for 6 days and ended up pulling it out due to aggression towards royal gramma. It ended up splitting the grammas tail like you cut a piece of paper. Noticed its healed but in the lines of the tail fin not just were it split are white marks. Its not ich to big, its not flukes, its not lymph cysts because its not raised up. Its only in the lines of the mid and upper part of tail. Can't get a pic gramma to skidish and has to be close enough to see. Don't think even if could take pic it would show on camera. Any opinion on what it might be could it be scabs? Just want to be sure I don't need to treat. Thanks!
