I have a sand sifting starfish that came with the tank bought, but the tank is too small for the guy so I'd like to find him a suitable home.

I'm in Cedar rapids, and it's a 14 gal biocube, the guy who first owned it had him in there.

I've got a 120G that sure could use something to sift the sand a little. Lots of room for the little guy. Let me know if the other deals/offers fall through. I am in Marion.

Reading about them more lead me to the following "review" site. Looks like in order to really be successful with these, they need a 100+ gallon tank or quite a lot of target feeding in order to keep them alive for a long period of time... http://www.thereeftank.com/compare-...s/reviews/

Picked up the little guy today. Took him home and did a nice slow 2.5 hour drip acclimation, and then put him in the tank. He moved a little on the sand until he found a nice spot to settle in a few inches over then did what they do and buried himself for the day.

Should do well with in the 120. Thanks again Bboge.
