Sea Cucumber - be warned!

    That is terrible. It's hard losing a fish you have had for a long time. I can't even imagine losing a whole tank full like that. Definitely a hard lesson learned.
    I hope to see you updating in the future that the other cuc has been found, the tank is cleaned up, and you are in the process of restocking with some sweet fish.

    I believe it was a tiger tail. It was 8-10" long so decent sized. The other one is smaller - maybe 5-6" - hope to find him and rehome him if he is.

    Yes, the upstairs tank. Stripes and the rest of the basement crew are fine. Another reason we have them as separate systems rather than plumbed together.

    Dave I'm sorry here this they were so pretty I have never seen such fat and happy fish as yours.

    Oh man Dave.... my heart breaks for you guys!! That's such an amazing tank. Here's hope to a quick bounce back!

    We will bounce back. Fortunately, corals and nems were not affected.
