Selling Coral, then Custom Nano Tank

Hey Everyone, I have been very limited with time lately due to work, two young kids, and my other hobbies. I'm looking to clear out my custom nano tank and then sell the tank. My larger bio cube will still be up and running...just don't need two tanks right now. I've listed all the coral I'm looking to part with right now. Once these are sold, I'll then sell the tank. If anyone is interested in all the coral and/or tank, please send me an offer. I've tried to price below market value on all the coral. I'm not looking to frag any of these at this time.

The frogspawn frags are all mounted to rock rubble as you can see. I bought the ORA Red Planet from Coralville Bay for $60. It's fully encrusted an 1.5" plug, 1.5" main branch plus many smaller ones forming. It was brown when I bought it but has now colored up to bright green. It still needs a bit higher light to reach the red it's supposed to be. I've posted a few pics but feel free to contact me for any additional ones. I'm definitely willing to work out a deal on multiple pieces.

Once these are sold, I'll sell my custom nano tank. You may have seen the build thread. It started as a 6G Fluval Edge. I removed the glass top and built a custom base and canopy with LEDs. I upgraded the filter to the AC30 with an InTank media basket. I also have a Neotherm heater, WP 10 wave maker, and an Elos Osmocontroller ATO unit. I'll sell the full tank setup for $300...just the ATO cost me $200, so I think this is a fair price. If it doesn't sell, I'll part it out. Again, if you have any questions, feel free to PM me. I'd really like to get this tank shut down, so any decent offers on this coral will be considered. I have another frag of Rastas that I could throw in too...probably another dozen polyps. I've had requests to sell the tank setup separate from the ATO. I'm fine with that, so I'll sell the tank fully setup - filter, heater, wp-10, tank, stand, lights, sand, and live rock - for $175 and the ATO for $150. On the live rock, I have a pulsing Xenia colony, green star polyps, a couple superman mushrooms, and a random assorted zoa frag that are all included with the rock.
