I don't have a quick answer on this. Both Bud and Buku have stepped down from the Vendor Relations role. I have another member who is willing to take on the role - Clay Wallerstadt - but he's not up to speed at this point.

@DangerJ was going to handle contact with vendors. But he doesn't have Thundermail, so I don't know that he has access to the vendorrelations email account otherwise. I think he might be simply using Facebook to send messages at this point.

For now, I suppose we could have them use the same contact info as before (vendorrelations email). I can check it daily and forward to James. James - speak up is you want to do this differently.

 

Should I just give you access to my bank account now or give you a blank check at the fest??

 

@DangerJ - I have access to the paypal account. I'll check it in the next hour.

 

Not sure I follow this??? Are you joking that he can put money in your bank account???? But then why would you give him a blank check to your account?

 

Haha yeah sorry I was just joking @beckerj3 . I always gravitate towards buying stuff at jeremy's table even though my intentions are never to buy a lot.

The reason as to my asking is that I had a conversation With Ashton and they are still accepting/looking for vendors. I have a new graphic for spring fest. A reminder that it's a little over a month away and that the clubs are still looking for vendors. The graphic is below.

Do you want me to add the treasurer email as a contact? Or do you want me to completely leave it off for the salt side?
