so i just realized my fish know when i pick up their food.  i pick up the bag, they go nuts, put the bag down they are normal.  i did this over and over again because i have nothing better to do.  anyway, i think my fish are smarter than my dogs.

not all the fish in my tank will follow me as I walk across the front of it but when I pick up the can of food to put in a small sprinkle in they are all out in front of the rock work waiting for it.
I enjoy holding the can to see who will wait the longest for me to put some in.

As soon as I turn on my white light all of my fish are at the surface by my Korlina 4 to grab food as I drop it in. They'll sit their til I feed them too. It is funny to watch my sail fin go crazy waiting for me to feed.

I used to have the same experience with my predator tank. The big eye seargent, Niger Trigger and Snowflake were the main culprits in my case. Soon as the lid would come up on the tank they all came to the top. The Niger would also snap his jaws.

My blue Cromis damsels go to the surface of the water whenever I am near the tank. Fish are smart and know the difference between me and someone else.
