I moved my Singapore Angel from my old 29 gallon FOWLR, to my new 75 gallon reef set up.

I have noticed my Candy Cane Coral not opening after several days,.

Last eve. I saw him picking at it several times. Crap!!!

    Now what do I do?

The thought of catching him without dismantling all my live rock is not appealing to me.

My new Zoa frags are also VERY reluctant to open. I have not witnessed him picking at them, but I'm wondering??

Frogspawn, Kenya Tree, and Mushrooms all seem to be doing great.

    Any advice?

    GET HIM OUT ASAP

Large angels eat zoas, softies, and LPS like candy. The can sometimes be kept with hard SPS, but that is all.

    Good luck

Looks like you have a fish for trade/sale.

Keep the fish, or keep the corals. Which one do you want more?

    OK

    Soooo that was fun! NOT!

I finally captured him, after rearranging the live rock, and a few attempts.

He is in a temp home, (an extra tank I had) til another person comes and gets him sunday eve.

Hope the corals appreciate my efforts.
