This afternoon I am watching TV when I hear "Splash" and see my Blue Tang race across the tank and hid behind the rocks...  HMMM    ok cats are asleep so one of them hasn't fallen in.... what made the "splash".  Maybe the Blue tang got a little close to the top?....  Where are all the fish?   No one to be seen except the clowns who are now in their hairy mushroom...  the chromie is swimming back and forth quickly.... Everyone else is hiding...
So I got up and started looking.... And what do i find?  My 6-line in the overflow box.....  sigh.  now my overflow is just barely big enough to get my hand inside...   He is "trapped" between some small LR and the glass...  I gently move the LR to get to him and he .....
    Dashes to the overflow pipe......
And down he goes..... to the sump....  I think....
After a few anxious moments he does indeed fall into the refugium section... (which is first on my sump)
Great!   I now have to remove the Live Rock, Cheato, Heater, Carbon Bag, and pipe sections to get him...
After playing cat and mouse for a few minutes I finally caught him and returned him to the display.....

lol bummer! I have a guard over my overflow so I'd never have to worry about this. I've heard so many stories about adventurous fishes /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/tongue.gif Glad he's ok!

I had that happen to my Blue Spotted Jaw Fish. But the first stop for him was on top of a filter pad. Needless to say he didn't make it back to the display tank.
