spring fest 2012 hobby sellers

I am thinking about getting signed up for spring fest. I did get a spot at spring fest last year but had a few questions about where i would be stationed if you have a layout and if i can set up my tank the night before the 24th?

 

if you let me know where you would like to be I can do my best to accomdate that. Yes you can set-up the night before but we aill have people to help you set up before the event.

Spring Fest 2012
- coming March 24th
Everything is shaping up nicely for it to be a great event!!!!
We have a dozen vendors and about 9-10 hobbyists so far
It's not too late - we still have some empty tables.  So, if you've thought about it but hadn't decided yet, now's the time!!!!!
Everyone that has expressed interest - please confirm that you are still wanting a table, as we have started working on the floor layout.
We're also wanting to get your registration completed ahead of time - and will be sending information shortly about sending payment
information for your table.
Don't forget - set-up is Friday evening 3-7 pm and Saturday morning 8-12
