SPS Identity...

It's a business out of California...AquaSD. I know some have been pleased with their orders but they've made some errors on big ticket items with me. Bought from photos in their updated sale...but what I got was definitely not WYSIWYG. 1 error in the first order, which he offered to correct so I did a second. 3 errors in that order and he wanted to give me partial credit toward another order....uhhhh, yeah,no. Finally got $150 back for the all brown Alve that I received and haven't heard boo about the $75 mystery SPS or the Goni in the $100 Alve pack. Maybe it was just a bad day for whoever packed my order, but they should make it right without a fight.
