Stocking list rough draft

I am setting up a 125 gal FOWLR
this tank has a 250 gal rated external super reef octopus skimmer(the sump is drilled for it) and a 33 long sump with a planted fuge with live rock rubble.
the Display Tank has 130 LBS of live rock
I have worked up the following stocking list and I would like to know how it will work.
I understand the emperor may outgrow the tank but I will be willing to find him a new home if need be once he looses his juvenile coloration so it will not be a big issue.
Emperor Angel (Max size 15")
Clearfin Lionfish (Max size 10")
Lemonpeal Angelfish (Max size 6")
Purple Tang (Max size 10")
a pair of Maroon Clowns (Max size 6")
Marine Betta (Max size 8")
Blue Spiny Lobster (Max size 15") (I already have him in my reef tank growing)
I am guessing that the lionfish being a smaller species will not be able or tempted to eat any of these fish if I get him small and he grows up with them. Is this a safe assumption?
