Stranded!

    I am stuck at home until one of my farmer neighbors feels I have suffered enough.
    Blew reverse out of the transmission of my plow truck last night.
    I thougt about getting out the shovels, but it looks like 4ft drifts about 100 yards long to go through.
    So I am gonna hang out with the family today & be a couch potato

    Lol. Same here. For the first time since working there, Aquatic Environments has closed do to weather! Gotta tell you something.

    Aw man...sorry to hear about the transmission on your truck. I'm sure a restful day inside with the family will come as a much deserved break considering all the time you've been putting in at the store.

    the city plow truck just now got to our alley and cleared it out
    but we are still stuck

    I was thinking about coming up to see your shipment today. LOL
    I can't leave til some thing that sets lower to the ground comes through the alley. (my car sits to low)

    This is horrible, so far I have taken a nap and watched a movie. I don't know how much more I can take

    Sounds like rough livin' man.
    Worst case scenario, you could start shoveling.  But then surely you would need another nap.

    I seriously thought about it, but 4 ft deep, 100 yards long, wide enough to fit a truck through would take me til spring.

    I see the farmer pulling in so I should be free in an hour.

    Just in time to get the plow to the shop, pick up my truck, and head back home.

    I litterly had too shovel a path from my wifes work to our house lastnight at 1am. fortuneatly she only works 3 blocks away but it still sucked.
