Taking a Break: A Few Items For Sale

I've had my 45 gallon tank set up for about 2.5 years and I am ready to take a break. I am getting married in June and I feel I won't have the time to take care of it. So, I am located in West Des Moines and I have the following items for sale:
1 HOB MCE 600 Deltec Skimmer ( It was used for a couple of years before I bought it probably about 5 years old) asking - $190
75 lbs of Live rock and whatever snails you can find $225  Also Have 4 heads of pulsing xenia that I are attached to the rock if you want it. If not, All 4 heads for $5
1 bi color angel (about 1.5 years old) $15
1 6 line wrasse (2 years old) $10
1 yellow watchman goby (2.5 years old) $10
1 purple and yellow royal gamma (1 year old) $10
40 lbs of crushed coral $20
1/4 bucket of Reef Crystals $10 New 2.5 oz container of prime reef flakes and some other various frozen foods.  $10
1 Koralia Nano Powerhead $10
1 Koraila 3 powerhead $20
1 Emperor 400 filter that I use just for water flow. $30
