I currently have a Kole tang and another bristletooth tang in my 90gal tank. I have been considering and wanting a yellow tag for some time simply because I feel yellow really stands out in my tank.  What do you feel the odds are of aggression and possible failure of the addition with the other 2 tangs.

Well i have a purple tang, yellow tang, topezi tang, and tomini tang and they all get along. I used to have a kole tang but he died a long time ago. I have more of an issue with my tomini tang chasing my black sailfin blenny. They may show agression at first but as long as they are fed they will get used to eachother. I think it just depends of the fish itself, like if a flame angel with eat all of your corals or not(mine hasn't so far) Just my two cents good luck!

I'd say now is the time, the yellow tang is going to be the more aggresive one out of the three.
That's my opinion and from what I've learned while working for Craig at AC&C.

I am not too familiar with bristletooths, but Koles seem to be fairly mild mannered.

As with any tangs, expect some fighting for a few days, then they should all swim together.

If you are thinking about any other fish, it would help to introduce 2 or even 3 new ones at once. Kind of the divide & conquer thought.

My point exactly about the fish itself, my yellow is the most docile of all the tangs I have had. I'm sure others like john have seen different.

I wont be adding any other fish in fact I probably shouldnt add any more as it is. My stock is 2 percs, kole tang, red stripe bristletooth, pygmy angle, mystery wrasse, coris wrasse, lubbucks wrasse, flasher wrasse, midas blenny, pink spot gobby. So I have a pretty stocked tank as it s for a 90. I just always liked the yellow tang.

My bristletooth is a real S.O.B Mike. It has to dominate anything that enters my tank!! I would say it all deppends on your fish, and the one that goes in.
