Help!! Tank plumbing

    Anyone close to or will to help a friend of mine out he’s a couple house away from me in (eagle grove) and needs help plumbing his tank paid someone to go do it and he woke up this morning with about 10 gallons of water on the ground water shot in to the electrical and all needs the tank re-plumbed ASAP! If anyone can help let me know it is a closed loop system
