Tank tour

    I thought the tank tour was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I was pleased to see some new tanks on the tour. I thought it was very generous of those on the tour to allow us into their homes and it was a great opportunity to share ideas and information.
    I want to take this opportunity to thank someone on the tour who generously provided a great selection of food and drink.
    I hope that we can continue to have more of this type of involvement in this area.

    I had a great time as well.  I'm glad everyone enjoyed the food and drinks.  Hope to see everyone soon.  Matt how do you like your scentsy warmer?

    That was definitely one of the best tours we've had. We had an excellent turn out and bunch of awesome tanks to look at.

    Thanks for everyone who came out and an extra big thanks to Matt P. (SneakyPort) for letting us hang out in his basement bar and feed us.

    Looking forward to doing it again soon! For those who couldn't make it I would advise trying to make the next one, it was a BLAST!

    Yea Thais Matt the food was good and the hospitality was great. I want to thank everyone for the great info and friendliness and I hope to do it again.

    I think my tanks are just older than some of the others. pm me if you want to set up a time to see them. I have some colonies grown frags that I received from you before you opened AC&C.

I agree, it was a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon. I wasn't sure what to expect, but GIRS, you're a great group of people.  Every tank was great!  It was wonderful to meet and chat with several hobbyists.  Thanks to those who were gracious enough to welcome us into their homes and put their tanks on display.  Thanks for offering up your knowledge and answering questions.  I'm already looking forward to the next one.  Two thumbs way up ! !  Thanks again ! !


    I'm going to try to add a couple of pictures...  Too bad so many of us were there that we scared all the fish to the back.  Next time I need to bring my camera.  My free cell phone doesn't cut it.


    One thing I got Matt beat on, is I can grow algae.  Matt, let me know if you need a starter./DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/laugh.gif
