tanks and live rock STEAL-OF-A-DEAL

Alright all, what I have here is a deal for someone. I recently bought Jay's entire setup. On Friday I am breaking it down and have the live rock and tanks for sale.
I would estimate that he has between 50-60 lbs of real nice coraline covered live rock. There are different corals attached as well. In fact I know there are 2 large birdnest colonies that can go with the rock. I would like $100 for the rock.
The tanks consist of a drilled 40 gallon breeder display internal overflows, 40 gallon breeder sump  and a real nice 18g acrylic frag tank. All tanks are plumbed together and sitting on a custom built stand.
The return pump is a MJ 4500 or 5500 internal utility pump. Quiet and low power consumption. If someone want to take the entire deal, I will throw in the Nove Extreme 4-t5 fixture.
