Since I have to tear down this tank and move everything before it blows out, I'm offering up all of the Xenia and Anthelia super ultra cheap.

I will be taking everything out likely on Saturday but possibly Sunday, and I will post ASAP when I know for sure (depends on family schedule). I just hope the tank holds until then. I also hope it doesn't blow when I relieve the pressure during draining/tear down. Tenecor said that might happen. Ugh.

The Xenia are $1 each or 10 for $7. The ones on the back wall of the tank are the #1 priority to get out of there since there's no way to transport them and I won't have time to re-attach them to rock after the move. I will provide the wedding veil netting for tie down and have a ton of rubble rock if you need it.

The Anthelia I pretty much could care less about. If you want some, I'll give you a whole bunch for a couple bucks.

The big chunk of Live Rock on the left is also up for sale. It's the one in the center of the last pic, probably about 25-30 pounds and has at least 40-50 Xenia on it. I would like to get $100 for it.  It is super-cured and completely covered with coralline.

There are other corals in the tank but I wish to keep as many of these as possible.

PM with phone number if interested. This is going to have to happen in a pretty narrow time frame when it starts. Whatever doesn't go during tear down will still be available.
Edit: For anyone who wants these items for a discount or for free, you can help me with the tear down!!  But it's at your own risk.  If that bottom seam goes while draining, it's not gonna be pretty.

That is the only upside I guess. That and I will finally find that razor blade that I dropped in the tank 3 months ago.
For anyone who is still interested and hasn't PMd me, it looks like the move will likely happen on Sunday. Just too much prep work to do to get it done tomorrow.  However I may be meeting with people tomorrow to do some fragging, as soon as I have a schedule nailed down I will post it here.

Ok, tank move is complete. I would still like to rid the tank completely of Xenia and Anthelia. This will be much easier to accomplish now that the tank is at my house.

There are 2 big rocks and one small rock that I would be willing to part with at this point.

On the left, there is one large flat rock that is about 10" x 8" and about 2" thick, it weighs maybe 10 or 15 pounds (I thought it weighted more originally) and it completely covered with Xenia, probably 40 if I had to guess, and a few heads of Anthelia. There may also be an aptasia on this rock, but I haven't seen it in a while, so the peppermint shrimp may have gotten it. I originally wanted $100 for this rock. I would like $2/pound for the rock and $1/head for the Xenia, so let's call it $60.

Below that is a rock about the size of 2 fists that has a little xenia and anthelia on it. I would take $15 for this one.

In the back of the big Xenia rock is another large rock that has a ton of Anthelia on it. Unfortunately, this also has a big red cap on it that I don't want to get rid of. I can frag off the Anthelia for whoever wants some to tie down to their own rock. Anthelia goes pretty cheap, a few bucks will get you about 10 or 20 heads, or however much I feel like getting rid of if you're the only one who wants some.

On the right side is a large and heavy rock that has an Anthelia colony that is probably 10 square inches and about 100 heads, and on the back there are probably another 20-30 Xenia. I think this rock is on the order of 30 pounds. So $2/lb for the rock and $1/head xenia, $1/square inch Anthelia, let's say $90.

Top flat rock w/Xenia down to $50.

Center big rock with Xenia and Anthelia down to $75.

Someone has to want it! Make an offer!

They don't make it very well via mail apparently. I've never tried but that's what I hear. Local pickup only, unless I'm headed somewhere around the state. On that note I will be making a trip to Sioux Falls SD sometime in the next couple weeks and will pass through Sioux City, IA if anyone there or along the way (80 & 29) is interested I can deliver if you can meet me.

I'll take $110 for both rocks. That's about 40 lbs of 3+ yr old rock for less than $3/lb and the corals are basically free at that point.

Here's a YouTube video I just took that shows you what you'll be getting.
