Thank you Air, Water & Ice

    As many of you know, Air, Water and Ice has a lifetime warranty on the items you purchase from them.  Recently, I purchased a RO/DI filter from another member of the club.  After hooking it up, I noticed that something was not quite right and an excess amount of water was coming from the waste line.  I called AWI to troubleshoot the issue and they diagnosed it as a faulty Auto-Shut off valve.  Despite the fact that I was not the original purchaser, they stood behind their product and replaced the faulty valve.  It shipped out today (at no cost to me).  Once again, AWI has shown their willingness to go above and beyond and providing great customer service.  Thanks AWI!!

    Yes, AWI is awesome. I purched a Typhoon III used on eBay and had issues with my RO membrane. Gave them a call and they shipped out a NEW MEMBRANE free of charge. Best customer service I have ever dealt with.

    That's great to hear...an RO/DI is my next big purchase.

    My just got to me yesterday. Looking to install this weekend and make my fish happy with clean water! Oh, also my wife with better drinking water too. lol

    Okay, so it is not the weekend and I don't really need the sleep, but the RODI unit is in. Pretty easy kit. All is plumbed and jut looking for leaks at this moment. Made about a pint of DI water at 0 (zero) tds, rom the intake which was 888. Now to get eh tank pressurized so I can bleed it off again. More patiences.....errrr, get it done already! lol
