Welcome , just wish I lived closer to your store . I have gotten many corals from you guys and picked up a clam at fall fest that is my wife's new favorite thing . And thanks for the Oyster Feast the clam and corals love it.

You guys are great and very helpfull. I live 3 hours away and i make trips just to come buy from you guys when i can.

 

I am probably one of the reasons that Craig (xroads) is posting this. We worked out a deal on some drygoods only to have BRS come out with their sale today. Makes it difficult to support the local guy with the price difference, but as I told him... Despite wanting to get things for the best price, he has to make a profit (he would have made zero dollars if he matched their price) and I witnessed first hand how one of my favorite LFS's went belly-up in Dubuque (when we lived there) because of the "big boys" muscling them out of town. That would be Petco and PetSmart.

I would rather have a geographically close fellow-Iowan get supported with a measly $20 or so bucks than always going to Drs. or BRS for everything.

Maybe someday I will be up that way and get to see the place. Just a quick drive up the road so to speak.

 

Here's my 2 cents worth of input. Sometimes you just don't have the time or resources to get up there to see them and you have no choice but go online and order. However there has to be something said about "face to face" customer service. Craig and the guys have always helped me out when it was needed.(even after hours or closed days) You can't get that online. Thanks guys for the help along the way.
