    Hey all

I am slowly but surely working my way back into business. Right now I will be running things out of my home in La Porte, and auto shop in Waterloo. I am working on having a small store in Waterloo that will be open 1-2 nights a week, and 1 day on the weekend, but that is still a ways off.

Soon I will be ordering from Reef Nutrition, Rods Food, LRS food. As far as livestock, I will start bringing in fish mid January, on a very small scale. I will either take orders, or bring in what I like myself. You will have two choices, pick it up upon arrival and acclimate yourself. Or let me QT it for 2-4 weeks to make sure it is healthy & eating.

Right now, I have accounts opened with most vendors again, so let me know if you need anything. The one thing I cannot get is tanks as they come on a semi.

Yes one of the first things to start up.

I am filling up a 10 species culture tank now to hold mysid shrimp, and 9 types of pods. Four of them will be for reef use, the other 5 are mainly for breeding only.

    Yes

I have a separate room that will be devoted to breeding. Going to really get aggressive and try to breed everything and anything.

To do that, they will need a wide variety of pods to eat as larvae.

Des moinse has two already. I'll be greedy and say he has to stay in Waterloo.... Granted his aquaculture beat out DM, CR, Coralville, IC hands down, no contest.

Aqualand is strictly freshwater but theyre supposedly adding saltwater with their new expansion tanks. Then we have adams. Wdm has seascapes and pleasant hill has exotic aquatics.

Exotic was clean and all the fish looked healthy. Even a fat clown goby (what made me buy it even for a measly $8) the other two have nice selection. But thats all id say

It sure would be nice to have a local place with CUC so I don't have to mail order in the winter. Can't wait to check out the new digs.
