So Ive been pretty distant from here although keeping my dues paid well here is some updates with what I have been up too.

First the tank I purchased from Matt was broken by 2 men and a truck.... So with the check I got I decided to do a build that Ive always wanted to do.

I purchased a 300DD from Iowa Pet and a 60g rimless deep blue frag tank. Then I purchased a custom sump made to my specs from 302 aquatics, and aquatronica deluxe touch screen controller, and a Genesis reef system for auto water changes and ato.

The first sump was detroyed by fedex so I have a 3/8 acrylic one coming in from them at no cost to me.

I purchased all of the plumbing from brs along with a new Skimz 255i skimmer

I also built an Avast Vibe zeovit reactor.

The tank is not fully up a running yet but is 3/4 the way full and completely done cycling.

    Here is some pics

What return pump you running? And is that one of those oceans motion hooked to your plumbing? I always wondered how those worked.
Btw. Everything looks great. Sump and matching plumbing looks amazing. Hopefully you get your sump soon.

I would too. It seems when you mark a box fragile they drag it behind the truck with a rope and kick it a few times just to be assholes.

So here's a silly question. Did you ditch the raw shrimp and cycle with a young child?

I have a vent in the room keeping it at around 75°. But there is also a vent/fan that exits out of the house near by. We run a dehumidifier also during the summer in the basement too

I saw your tank at the store and was in awe of the size of it. I am really looking forward to watching this up and running. What an incredible tank it will be.
