Time to renew your memberships!

Hey Club Members! 
This is just a quick reminder that as the year comes to a close, it's important that you have an active membership. 
The majority of the membership dues that we collect, goes right back to your regional area.  Your Trustees have a budget for things like picnics, pizza parties, Christmas Party, door prizes, etc.  The amount that the Trustees are allocated, depends on the number of current, paid members that they have in their area as of 1/1/2012.  The more members that are in their area, the more funds they get to do cool events for all of our members.

Unfortunately, at this time, the membership expiration alert is not functioning and people have not been getting alerts when their memberships expire.  If you don't see "Member" under your name in the forums, your membership has expired.  Yours may have expired and you didn't even notice!
Keep in mind that members get access to the GIRS Video library with educational videos of nationally known guest speakers shot at our club events.  You also get to vote at the GIRS Business Meeting (Feb 4th, 2012) and have your voice heard as it pertains to decisions made in the club.  Members receive free raffle tickets at our state-wide club events, and access to our Club Business, Club Buy/Sell, Powerbuys, and Member Feedback forums.  At just $20 a year, it's about the best $20 you can spend in this hobby.
