I have a mag float and I think its time to invest in a better one. Which ones are good?

I like the mag flip. It is way thiner and it has a scraper on one side.

I love my magnivore cleaner. They are really top notch and look good too with the wood grain.

I just bought a Algae Free Hammerhead and I really like it. Like Joe, I like the wood grain look too, but they are a bit pricey.

+1 on the Hammerheads. I bought Jeremy's a while ago and I love it. It's a workout trying to slide the thing along the glass. I'll bring it over with me when I stop over on Tuesday or Thursday so you can check it out.

I bought the great white for the restaurant tank and its a beast. My shoulders burn after every cleaning. Oooh and it works awesome.

    Wow that magnivore is spendy!

I was thinking of a hammerhead, I see they have an attachment for scraping off coraline.

If you have access to an inexpensive mag float, I would use that for the easy blade. That's what I'm doing. My rationale behind it is that with the blades, you have to take them out of your tank with each use. I plan to leave my regular glass cleaner in your tank all the time (actually sticking to the glass in the back of the tank). I couldn't do that if the easy blade was attached.

I read somewhere about Scroll worms(?) scratching the glass, so I have been removing the mag each time...PITA
