So im rebuilding my 55 and i have a question. Im doin a sump and a quiet one 4000 for my return pump. It will feed the 55tank and my 10. My question is, i have a koralia 3 and a koralia 4 pointing at each other left to right bug could i add a modded maxi jets 1200 facing the front glass? Maybe even two? I want NO dead space for algae to grow.... thanks all!

Try it and find out. Much of what you do in this hobby is trial and error. Different frags like different amounts of flow. There's no single correct answer to your question. Too many variables.

I'm pretty sure the modded maxijets facing toward the front would kick any sand out from the front. Those modded maxijets produce a ton of flow which would be directed at the glass only 10 inches away from it. If you are going with no substrate it would be fine though.
