Orders will be shipped in the order received. Shipping is Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. We do not ship any live corals unannounced or unscheduled. You will receive an email with a tracking number the evening prior to shipment arrival. Special requests for Saturday delivery if arranged is an extra $30 charge and Hold at Carrier location only. We do not ship outside the continental United States. We ship only to the billing address of the cardholder.

We check the weather here, in your area and at the shipping hub to ensure timely shipment however, we are not responsible for delays due to weather or carrier reasons. Damages incurred after we release your shipment to the carrier is beyond our control and we cannot be held responsible.

We Guarantee Live Arrival and we take every precaution possible to assure your corals arrive alive. All corals are aqua-cultured and are acclimated to aquarium life. They should ship well considering its only overnight. Corals are shipped with heavy duty bags to prevent leaks, styrofoam boxes with cardboard shells, with heat or cold packs depending on weather conditions. We assume that all customers are advanced reef keepers and, understand the risks of buying delicate marine life and shipping risks. We are not responsible when a customer is not available to receive the shipment nor are we responsible for circumstances out of our control.

In the case that your order is dead on arrival, you must contact us within 2 hours of delivery. You must also submit a clear picture of the deceased corals in the original, unopened bags within 12 hours of the claim. Upon DOA determination we will issue you a credit which must be used within 6 months. The credit is for your next livestock or drygoods order only. Shipping cost is not credited nor can credit be used for shipping costs.
