upgrading to a 90gal

Figured I would put some pics up of a 90gal setup that I'm building. Will put up pics of the progess, just bear with the bad cell pics. This is going to replace the 55 that I currently run my reef in.
Building the stand:

Haven't finished the stand yet(going to skin and trim it in oak) but going to do that after tank is all set up and running:

 

Got all the rock and coral in. Ended up putting in a 4" sand bed of pool filter sand(silica sand) because I couldn't find any aragonite sand locally. Used it in the past and have had no problems. Would have preferred aragonite but tank had to be transferred that day. Can't find my good camera since I moved but I think I'll hold off on more pics until I find it cause the one on my cell phone is no good.
Not sure what it is but the places around here have 10 different varieties of wet live sand and no dry aragonite.

 

Thanks, just put in an order at reefcleaners.org for a bunch of snails/nerites. Over the years and during the transfer seems like I don't have many left(probably due to a few hermits being in there). Hopefully with as cold as its been getting lately the package arrives ok.
Thinking about putting in a One spot foxface rabbitfish......but there is no top on the tank, anyone had one that knows if these are jumpers or not?(I know all fish can be but some have more tendency than others.)

Got the dual media reactor up and runnin, and just using a aquac remora hang on....I know I'll have to upgrade eventually but this is the one I had on my old tank....no skimmate for the past couple days but this is pretty typical in a "new" tank I think. When I run out to get the plywood think I'll pick up some plexiglass to seperate some sections out in the sump and make more of a fuge area....chaeto is just blowin all over in there now.

 

Got some of the trim boards stained and cut. Used a Minwax product called polyshade on some red oak, its stain and poly in one and seemed to work good. This is first coat, it is a bit darker after the second and not near as shiny once it dried.

 

Got the front finished but ran out of trim so can't do the sides quite yet..turned out pretty good. Still have to put a handle on the front
