I have a 120 and a 150 gallon tanks that haven’t been used for the last 4 years. I want to get back in to salt water again and was wondering how to know if they are safe to use. Also if I need to have them resealed does anyone know who does it.

You could always do a test fill in the garage and let them sit and observe them fir a week or so.
As far as resealing them you could do it scrape all the caulk off the inside getting it as clean as possible using a razor blade than tape your edges than reapply the caulk. I recommend rtv108 (it's black) it might be hard to find but it's dam good stuff. I think I paid $20 a tube the last time I got it from grainger.
