Stumbled a cross this thread on reef central.
    http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2338097&highlight=cheap+led
I need to add that I'm an american threw & threw but just can't justify spending my hard earned $ on a fixture assembled in America out of Chinese parts. ( radion/Ai)
After reading just about the entire thread and emailing Kevin from LEDZEAL.COM .
    I was in.
    I ordered the 48inch fixture.
It has 4 groups of 24 leds with a total of 96 3 watt leds.
The manufacturer lets u choose which color leds and either 60/90/ or 120 degree optics.
There r 4 channel per group of 24 and u can fully control each channel so I went with
    Ch1- 12000 white
    Ch2- royal blue 450nm
    Ch3- blue 460nm
    Ch4- uv
And went with 60 degree optics on all leds.
Also the communication with China was absolutely amazing.
They responded fast and are very helpfull with making sure u don't forget nething.
Price for 48inch fixture with hanging kit was$485.50.
    That includes fedex shipping!!!!!!
So ordered it using Paypal and 4 days later she was here.[IMG]

Holly **** this thing is bright.Really like the looks of the fixture. A lot of cheap fixtures are bulky and crappy looking to me.
This fixture is rather thin and streamed lined.
The meanwell drivers are outside the fixture in a box with fan so the fixture never really gets hot at all.
All fan are thermally controlled so they only turn on when needed.
Remote control is cool but don't use it to much.
    Sunrise/Lightning/Cloud
    And DIY modes.

Controller is very easy to use.
Been running for a couple months now and am very very happy.
If there's ever a problem with fixture a guy or gal can fix or change out leds & optics without needing a degree in electrical engineering :)
    Sps are looking great
    Lps and zoas love it.
Just figured I'd share my review with everyone.

Ya u have to email & they will send prices
Prices depend on led color & brand u request. Bridgelux,Cree,Epistar,Epivalley,Epiled
Some use one red and one green per cluster but I added more uv.
Also there is a wireless controller that's extra if u want.
I just removed the plastic splash guard to clean it and snapped a few pics of led clusters.

    Thanx clay
Ya I retired the kessils to the basement with the halides:(
Just wasn't getting results that I wanted with them. 2 of the 4 a150s seemed to b getting a lot dimmer than others? Warranty was up on em so there's really no fixin em. At least with this fixture I can fix any problems & 100% controlability is sweet too.
