Fall Fest Volunteers for the event!!

With Fall Fest right around the corner, we are going to need some volunteers available for:

- Setup (Friday night & Saturday morning)
- Registration/admission table
- Raffle ticket sales table
- Community Table
- Teardown

SETUP: ( 2-3 people each day, need to be able to lift and carry equipment)
Friday night - 6pm-10pm

Entrance Tables (Member Check-in, Admissions, Raffle Ticket Sales)

We will need the following for manning these 2 tables:

11:30 - 1:00 (2 People, preferably 3 - this will be the busy time slot!):

Community Table: (this was quite fun to oversee!)

Teardown: (1-2 people to help after the event)
This will be quite painless as there will be a staff member that will break down all of the tables and chairs as well as clean up. All we need to do is break down GIRS equipment and make sure all of the vendors get the help they need.

Additionally: If anyone has experience with a camera we are looking for a volunteer to take pictures during the event. You would need to bring your own camera. This would be a great thing to add to your portfolio.

@Kendall I got you down as working the community tank/table for the first 1 1/2 hours of the event. You had a table at spring fest next to me while I volunteered so I figured you would have the best grasp on how to work the table.

 

@GIRS Member this is a great way to meet our community of reefers who share the same passion as you do! Every time I try to explain something in reefer talk to my family they look at me as if I am crazy. This is a chance for you to talk to people who know your language!
