Spring Fest Volunteers needed!!!

    With Springfest this coming weekend, we are going to need some volunteers available for:

    - Setup (Saturday night & Sunday morning)
    - Registration/admission table
    - Raffle ticket sales table
    - Community Table

    SETUP:
    Saturday night - 8pm-midnight
    Dendro/Dan, DSM School Students (Silver Cord hours)
    Bud
    DangerJ/James

    Sunday morning - 8am-11am
    Dendro/Dan
    Bud
    DangerJ/James

    During the event, we need 1-2 people per shift, and shifts will be in 1.5hr increments.

    Entrance Tables (Member Check-in, Admissions, Raffle Ticket Sales)

    We will need the following for manning these 2 tables:

    11:00-12:30 (2 People, preferably 3 - this will be the busy time slot!):
    1: Stew
    2: Buku
    3: Bud

    12:30-2:00 (2 People):
    1: tje22
    2: Cameron

    2:00-3:00 (1 Person):
    1:

    Time slot TBD: Dean G.

    Community Table:

    11:00-12:30 (1 Person): Andrew / Chief Reef
    12:30-2:00 (1 Person):
    2:00-2:30 (1 Person):

    Floater: Casey Schares has volunteered to help throughout the day, but he is also manning his table along with Kendall (help would be appreciated!)

    I can do 12-1:30. Can also be there a little early to help set up if needed.

    Adjusted first post to represent accurate time tables/volunteers needed. There's a 30min gap for the raffle table between 2-2:30, I can man this if needed because I'm sure I will enjoy sitting for a bit at this point in the day.

    No problem. If you can move me to 11-12:30 that would be great. i can still show up early to help set up.

    I could probably help out in one of the 12:30-2:00 spots if its ok that my 9 year old son sits with me.

    I just teasing but in all seriousness, I would love to see more women involved and it is good to let them know that they are welcome!

    I'll be there Saturday night to set-up and work with any student volunteers that show up and can help whenever on Sunday.

    Remember, the event is Sunday so it's Saturday night setup (not Friday night) - make sure you've told everyone the correct days @Dendro@Dendro!

    That's what I meant, so used to the usual Friday Saturday set-up and teardown. Message went out for set-up on Saturday and tear down on Sunday, and I edited my message above to be correct.

    Thanks @Cameron@Cameron! I went ahead and put you into the 12:30-2 admissions slot, after thinking about it, it's really kind of both admissions and raffle tickets all in the same spot so we'll just put you to work where needed if that's OK with you!
