want to grow phyto have a few questions

OK I have 2 litter bottles, air pump, air line, lighting.
I need to know on the liquid miracle gro plant food what are the numbers I am looking for?
they had 3 choices one was like 8,7,8 one was 12,30,18 some thing like that a big difference in that.
this was when I decided to ask a few more questions for some details.
I am going to get 2 bottles going so I can split 1 every week allowing two weeks of growth per bottle.
this info will be greatly appreciated and or any other thoughts.

any one ever try to make own phyto got any info on this.
even saying I am nuts it is not worth doing would be great to hear from someone.
