Waterloo Area work and get paid to go to school

So the company I work for is Beef Products Inc in Evansdale right next to Tyson.
Just wanted to let everyone know of a program they have that is pretty good for anyone just getting out of high school or just looking for a new career.
Last year they started a program call "Electro-Mechanical" Basically a middle ground between my department "System Engineering" and "Maintenance" They hired 5 people and they go to school in the mornings and work with us in different departments in different rotations in the afternoons. Best part is you get the schooling paid for including books and you are paid while in school and at work. So you get paid from the time you start school in the morning until you leave work usually 5pm.
So far things have worked out well for the first group of people and they are looking for applicants to do it again this year.
