Waving hand is also known as Anthelia. Both them and pulsing/pumping Xenia are easy starter corals. The problem is you will never - ever - get rid of them.

I have a bunch of anthelia and will gladly give you some. As Bud mentions, it can be very difficult to get rid of, so you may want to think hard before you intentionally add it to your tank.

I had a few stems that came on a piece of live rock and didn't think that it would be a big deal. Then it grew into a few more, but I didn't have the time to get rid of it then. Now there are hundreds of stems and they show up all over my tank. I figure that in order to get rid of it, I'm going to have to take all of the rocks out of my tank and clean them off one by one.

That's what I did 4 months ago and it's taking over again. I will be moving the system this weekend so I will be doing it again. I'm going to invest in a pair of scissors with a long tip and just start clipping them off when I see them after that.

I actually had really good luck peeling it off the rock before.  It's time consuming, but I think quite effective.  It doesn't always come off really nice, but the little bits that were left did not re-grow.  Unfortunately, I didn't take all of it off at that time and now it's back stronger than ever.
Personally, I think it's more prolific than xenia and kenya tree...
