what are the black dots

    here is a pic of my clown he has in the last couple got little black spots starting to show up on his orange I have heard marine ick if so any suggestion on what to do?

    What is it hosting in? Frogspawn and some other corals will leave black marks on a clown like that.

    Mine has them as long as he is swimming and looks heathy I would not worry but on a different note pets playhouse is getting 1or 2 snowflake clownfish on Saturday kinda pricey though nick said 150.00

    he does not host any thing at this time. hoping to get a RBTA.
    I did recently put some frogspawn in the tank I guess that would be about the time we noticed those spots.

    The ocellaris I had also got black spots from hosting in a frogspawn.
