Advice? What camera

    Hi I was wondering if anyone could tell me what camera that they use would be reasonably priced to take good pictures of my Coral that would show off the presents

    Most commonly people use a DSLR. The problem is that it's hard to get a picture with enough light when you are just running deep blue lighting. You have to find a nice balance. Here's my flickr page which has a good selection of different types of photos. All these were taken with my fiancee's Nikon.

    What's your idea of reasonably priced? Might help narrow things down for those that can give suggestions.
    I'll be of no help on this topic though. My photography skills consist of pointing the phone at the tank and taking a picture and living with the results.

    Yeah that's about my range of picture taking ability but I'm looking at 2 to 3 hundred

    Could get a gel filter and use your phone.. Seems to work ok
