What is this growing....

    what is this?
    Very easy to remove yet comes back quickly.
    I recently downsized to a 29 Biocube. No skimmer as of now, standard PC lights, low current.

    For some reason the picture doesn't show up for me anymore. plz check my photo album if you can't see the picture.

    Any one of a number of various algaes. Check out sites like chucksaddiction.com or melevsreef.com for a possible ID. If it becomes a problem then look at your nitrates and/or phosphates.

    Wow...that stuff is weird! Looks like a green version of cyanobactera. Never seen it before. +1 on the above mentioned resources.
