What pump do you use for your ATO? Currently I'm using a little aqualifter but it doesn't always work, also it's a lot for the little pump to draw water and push it. I think it's maxed out. Should I just use a submersible in my RO container?

Had the same problem with aqualifter pump, moved to a MaxJet1200, but with a 4' head, that wasn't always reliable. So moved to a Rio1100. Yes alittle over kill, but haven't had one problem since I started using it.

Personally I prefer to use the Tunze top off system. However if already have an exsisting system I would recommend these pumps:

    EcoPlus - Cheap and reliable
    Mag Drive - Last forever!
Cobalt Aquatics powerhead - original maxi jet far better than the maxi jet pro
Aqualifter - recommend replacing every 12-16 months

I have read bad reviews on the BRS 50ml/min doser but it seems there isn't much else out there in that price range. The Litermeter sounds awesome but expensive. Aqua Medic SP-3000 maybe and good reviews but more $$. Any other options??

I also looked at the Hanna BL dosing pumps, those look pretty good too, yet a bit expensive still at $150 on eBay for the highest-volume one. But it did have an adjustable flow rate which is cool.
