    I use reef crystals and the Ca and Alk are pretty much correct from that table. The Mg on the other hand is much lower, around 1250ppm. Or at least this batch that I have has low Mg.

    I just take my shirts after I've been at the gym and wring them out in a bucket and use that after it evaporates.
