I am considering buying some HDPE seaboard and having them cut and drilled for use as frag racks.

I can buy a sheet and have it cut by e-plastic.com but they don't drill the holes.

Is there somewhere I can go to have them do the whole thing?

I know I can drill it myself and may go that route just looking for an all in one solution at this time.

Just throwing this out there. You can get fairly cheap acrylic frag racks on ebay or advancedacrylics.com

What's wrong with egg crate? Is this for grow-out or for sale/displays?

I've had conversations with a couple of coral vendors and for grow out they always come back to egg crate because acrylic frag racks block flow more, and allow for the accumulation of waste/detritus. Egg crate doesn't.

Egg crate seems to grow algae easier then acrylic racks ime

I have acrylic racks (Several variations) and I don't like the way they reflect and also as you say there is no open space for flow.

I would like all black HDPE sheets for frag show days since I think egg crate is doesn't look as nice and the acrylic reflects too much.

I would like to consider 8" x 8" HDPE trays for my grow out tank. I may reconsider since you say people go back with the egg crate. I thought maybe the solid nature of the HDPE trays would allow places for my fish to hide underneath. I am also kinda sick of how **** attached to egg crate, like algae and such.

In Des Moines I've been using Midland Plastics mainly, Great people there, have done some business with Regal plastics but they can be slow.
