So yesterday I noticed my middle panel of leds (whites only) were not working... The white lights are barely on like in their minimum dimmed setting. All three panels are hooked to the same dimming wire and then into an apex. I checked all the wires and nothing has come loose. Next thing I am going to do is check each led with a battery to see if they get any brighter. All I can think of right now is that my ballast is the problem.

    I will take any ideas/suggestions!

Sorry for the crude videos but they show how the lights react when "fully" powered, then a comparison between the others, when the dimming wire is unplugged and finally when the ballast discharge completely.

    Thanks everyone!

I've now tried resetting the Apex and all power to my lighting system. No new results....

    Anyone?

If you have a multimeter handy you could check the voltage and current coming out of the drivers. Depending on how you are setup you could also try swapping two of the drivers to determine if it is a faulty LED strand or a faulty driver.

I would try to swap the drivers and see if the problem follows the suspected driver. If your LEDs are lit at all then the LEDs are ok as they ether work or they don't.
