Who is getting excited for the spring fest?

Hey! I just saw the date for you groups swap - I'm a Chicagoland Reefer (member of ChicagoReefs.com as CMAS - Chicago Marine Aquarium Society). I have a major addiction to zoas and palys and love to collect them - so much that my grow out tank is full and colonies in my 120gal Display need to be trimmed - plus i need to start saving some money for the new wedding budget.

I'd love to come up there and set up a hobbyist table and share my zoa/paly collection with you guys! I tried PMing some swap coordinators but haven't heard anything back, can someone point me in the right direction of who to contact.

I sure hope they can find you a spot. Sounds like you have a large variety of very nice zoas and palys and I know a lot of members in this area would be interested.

 

Thanks for the kind words - I'd love the opportunity to spend the day with new reefers and swap both frags and experience. I'd be more than willing to post some of the frags I have available but don't want to jump the gun or violate any forum rules. I'm by any means a stores, just a hobbyist that has an addiction and has been collecting/growing z/p's out for several years. The way I have my 20L frag tank set up, I could potiently bring 300-400 frags ... and I could probably fill that up /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default/emoticons/wink.gif

Yep seen it. We are not really like that over here. If you show a general interest in more then just selling corals. We don't mind a little frag selling . As long as you show some general interest in the club and others in the club. It's why we all are in the club as well.

Yeah I really hope am able to make it (still waiting to hear back) - I'm already getting pumped to be coming and its not even for sure yet lol

 

Hopefully it all gets worked out...More options at the fest is always a good thing, ..

 

Doesn't look like I'll be able to make it up for this swap as all the non-member hobbyist tables are filled, but I hope to make it up for the next one. /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif
