   The concept is really cool...could reduce the amount that those using MH bulbs pay for lighting

   i was looking into it and i guess they switch colors im not sure if eveyone got that out of it but i saw some people talking about them and i guess when you start the bulb its 10k and if you turn off the balast and turn it back on then it runs the 20k light
