I would go with a cheap unit that has some decent feedback. I see a lot of people happy with the reefbreeders LEDs. I think there are some similar units floating around under different names as well.
I wouldn't ever recommend buying an LED fixture with only white and blue stars. The added colors that EVERY MAJOR MANUFACTURER and even the cheaper ones are including are done for a reason. The coloration of corals is so much better under the full spectrum lighting. I had 4 AI sol blues. Wasn't really please with the coloration so I added a T5 light to the mix and it was significantly better. I recently upgraded my SOLs to the Hydras, so far I am very happy that I did. The aesthetics when you get the right color combination are great.

I was looking at the AI Hydras and I'd need 3 of them and that is a bit expensive. May look at the ReefBreeder's Lights again to check pricing.
