I have the MACNA led strip that I'd trade with if anyone wants it. I've never used it and don't plan to.

Craig (xroads and owner of ACC) quoted me $440 for the eb8, apex brain, display, temp and ph probes. I'm sure that would be including the GIRS discount. If you are a payed GIRS member you get an overall discount at his store. I would pm him and see what the cost would be without the discount /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif

I have a lunar module if you're interested, but I think the better and cheaper alternative since you already have DIY leds is to either use the APEX to dim those down and follow the lunar cycle, or add a couple more LEDs and again use the APEX to control them.

Yeah, I was thinking about that. The way I have them over the 65 now with just one heatsink would be ok to a degree. I would have to have a whole set of 12 blues running at night, which would be fine I think once dimmed. But over the 90g I'll have 2 heatsinks. And I won't be having any ballasts fewer than 12 LEDS. To get a moonlight look across the tank I'd be having two strings running at night. Even dimmed I thought that would be too much. In any case, the lunar module will be nice.

How much are you asking for your lunar module? And how many LEDs do you have with it? Craig is looking to see if he can get them and how much but hasn't gotten back to me yet. I'd definitely be interested in yours.

this is the one I have. I'll sell it for $50
If you want I can bring it to the meeting this weekend and send it back to IC with someone so you could pick it up in town.

Thanks but I've ordered one through acc. It only has 3 leds which I preferred. Thank you for the offer though /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif
