   I have a 150 reef with 55g sump and looking for good sized skimmer for it. I have an AC pump driven skimmer and would like a DC Skimmer that can handle 150 gallons, heavily stocked, etc.

   You could look at retrofitting the pump in your existing skimmer with something like the Reef Octopus if the only thing you don't like about yours is the pump.
