Let me know what you have, looking for mh lighting for this tank, but must be in a fixture, I could do a canopy only if it would fit a half moon tank. Thanks

Yup just joined this last Friday /DesktopModules/ActiveForums/themes/_default//emoticons/smile.gif Currently on my 58 gallon mixed reef I have 6 65w t5 bulbs, and my plan at first was to just take those lights, plus the ones that came with the tank (4 96w pc lights) and use that, but the more and more research I have done and looking on here and reef central, I really like the look of mh and growth. The 144 half moon currently has no canopy and with where I am currently living, there is not a whole lot of space above the top of the tank (maybe 2 foot) So I am kind of at a lost as to what to look for. I really like the blue my t5 throws in the tank and would like to either at least keep the bluer color or go more blue. Thanks greatly for your help Big D, I am such a newbie yet, the guy that thought me saltwater stopped in the early 90s, so that is all the information he was able to teach me. Again thanks everyone

Will I need all three pendents even though I mostly keep zoas, mushrooms, lps and a clam? I don't keep any sps in my system, and truly dont see having any in the future.

I have a 400 watt mh setup. Includes gallaxy electronic ballast, cord, large lumenbright reflector, and a 3 month old radium 20k bulb $260.
