Does anyone know where I can get a cheap deal on bulk Reef Crystals. I heard you guys sometimes have a buy in and get a large quantity @ a discount depending on what people need. Was looking @ getting the 160 Gallon Bucket, but If there is a deal to be had, I can buy more. Just let me know.

fosters and smith is where I get mine when it is on shipping sales.... which is on NOW UNTIL DEC 31 $6.00 flat shipping on everything. check their home page for it :)

Add that witha coupon code here http://www.retailmenot.com/view/drsfostersmith.com

the 200 gallon box has 4 bags of 50 gallons each... I think a better way to get your salt to last a long time- and it is usually the same price as the 160
the 160 is on sale.... and might be cheaper per gallon

Yes they probably do Chris. But that is members only pricing Joe, so another great reason to Join up. You'll pay for that membership really quick.

I wish we had a LFS that gave that kind of pricing here in CR...that's a great price. Since we don't...DFS is the best option for us CR folks. Remember to go thru the American Airlines mall (http://www.aadvantageeshopping.com) to get miles added to your AA FF account and keep your account active if you're not a heavy traveler....and as Matt said use your $5 off coupon (which pretty much wipes out all shipping cost). Right now, it's 4 miles per $1 spent. Two buckets of salt got me over 350 miles.

The boxes retail at $75 there, members get them for $45, so joining now will get you a $10 in savings right off the bat :) Not trying to sell you on joining, just thought I would point it out thought.

45 for the salt 20 for the membership =your 65....... so with 75 as your original cost and 65 your cost after joining and getting a bucket of salt you save 10 bucks the first time and 30 every time after that

I didn't think a box was $75, The most I ever paid was $55 without a discount...Thats why I thought the math seemed funny.
