I think home depot has them. Probly in the refrigerator water line area.

 

Honestly, I would stay away from the saddle valve..over time those things will start leaking. My favorite option (If you have the spot for it) is the adapter that screws into the 3/8" water supply under the sink and can easily be installed/removed when needed. Menards/Lowes has them for about $10-$11...much cheaper than having to fix a leaking saddle valve down the road.

I don't have issues with saddle valves. I use one for my RO and we've had one for our ice maker on our fridge for years and no signs of leakage. As long as you get the appropriate size for your plumbing.
